With over 17 years of experience in the medical field, Laura Scibelli James has built a distinguished career rooted in dedication, skill, and a passion for patient care. Laura began her journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), progressing to become a Registered Nurse (RN). During her four years at Hartford Hospital, she honed her expertise as an orthopedic nurse before deciding to advance her education and become a Family Nurse Practitioner.
For the past seven years, Laura successfully balanced her responsibilities as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in internal medicine with her passion for medical aesthetics. In the last four years, she has focused exclusively on owning, operating, and treating clients in the medical aesthetics field. Her extensive experience in both areas underscores her dedication to the art and science of medicine.
As an ANCC board-certified FNP and a certified Master Injector, Laura holds multiple advanced certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and a wide range of facial and body aesthetic procedures. Her comprehensive training and experience ensure that every treatment is performed with precision and care.

Nicole McClelland

Nicole McClelland is a highly experienced Registered Nurse with over 12 years in the medical field. She began her career as a Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) and later transitioned to a Registered Nurse (RN) after earning a Bachelor of Science from Elms College. Nicole spent six years as a Medical-Surgical nurse and Flex nurse at Baystate Medical Center before shifting her focus to aesthetics.
For the past five years, Nicole has been an integral part of BonaVita Aesthetics, where she specializes in delivering beauty treatments with precision and safety. She holds advanced certifications in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, laser treatments, and various facial and body aesthetics procedures. As Manager of BonaVita Aesthetics, Nicole oversees both the clinical and administrative operations of the practice, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Jasmine Alvalle graduated from Elms College with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She is an experienced Registered Nurse with 5 years in the medical field and began her healthcare career as a Labor & Delivery/Postpartum Nurse. Jasmine is driven by a passion for women’s health and the dynamic aesthetics industry.

Esthetician Katie's journey into the beauty industry began with a strong passion, leading her from a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design & Marketing to pursuing Esthetics at the New England Center for Esthetics Education in Northampton, MA. Graduating at the top of her class in January 2008, she obtained a Masters Esthetics Certification, starting her full-time career as an Esthetician in a local spa. In 2021, she joined the BonaVita team as the Lead Esthetician.
With expertise in custom facials, dermaplaning, and advanced skin treatments, Katie's focus on treating acne blossomed when she became a Certified Acne Expert with Face Reality Skincare in 2022 and furthered her training with a Level 2 Certification. Drawing from her own experience with acne, she takes delight in helping clients achieve clear skin and confidence.

Mia is a Licensed Esthetician with a deep personal connection to skincare. Having struggled with acne herself, Mia understands firsthand how much skin health impacts self-confidence. This journey inspired her to pursue a career in aesthetics, where she now works both as a Medical Aesthetic Administrative Assistant and an integral part of the team at BonaVita Aesthetics.
Her empathetic nature and passion for helping others shine through with her client interactions. Whether she’s assisting with appointments or offering skincare tips, Mia’s goal is always to ensure that every person feels confident and cared for. Mia enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as traveling and exploring new places. She believes in the importance of both inner and outer beauty, and strives to make every experience as welcoming and positive as possible.
