Cancellation & Late Policy

Due to the high demand of appointments, a credit card on file is required for ALL consultations and appointments in our offices upon booking. A non-transferrable, non-refundable retainer is required when booking treatments that require use of our equipment, such as, but not limited to, the Spectrum machine.

BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your appointment or withhold your retainer/ charge a $100 non-refundable fee* to your credit card for the following reasons:

-A cancellation without 48 hour notice
-Client does not arrive for appointment
-Client arrives more than 15 minutes late for an appointment
-Requesting to reschedule or change an appointment without 48 hour notice
-A credit card has not been obtained within 48 hours of booking appointment

You may call, text, or email to cancel/ change your appointment.

BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse appointments to any client(s) who does not arrive for an appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.

If you must reschedule your appointment for which a retainer is required, BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to withhold your retainer if the appointment is not rescheduled within 30 days.

*If you are a BonaVita Member, we are unable to deduct this $100 non-refundable fee from your BonaVita Membership bank.

Weather Cancellation

BonaVita Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel your appointment due to inclement weather for the safety of staff and clients.

Deposit Policy

BonaVita Aesthetics requires a deposit upon booking certain appointments, including but not limited to appointments related to dermal fillers, neuromodulators, Face Reality consults, removal services and skin tightening and resurfacing services. If the appointment is canceled within the proper cancellation period, your deposit will be honored for 30 days. A new deposit will be required if rescheduling beyond 30 days.

Pre-Booked Appointment Policy

To take advantage of our pre-booked incentive, an appointment must be scheduled for a future date during your current visit. Scheduling a pre-booked appointment is required to take advantage of special pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Due to the high demand of appointments, the special pricing you receive for a pre-booked appointment, will not transfer if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Return + Refund Policy

Skincare products may be returned for credit to BonaVita Aesthetics within 14 days of purchase so long as they are unused and unopened. Open and/or used products will not be accepted as a return or for BonaVita Aesthetics credit at any time
